We manage picture programs from conception to publication including evaluating proposals, establishing research procedures, negotiating budgets and schedules, supervising staff, reviewing resumes and portfolios, arranging assignments and acting as a liaison between art directors, designers, editors, writers and picture staff.

Fay Torresyap founded bluedot projects in 2008 having worked as an independent photo editor and researcher since 1980. She has a long time affiliation with Carousel Research where she collaborated with Laurie Winfrey on such prominent projects as "Janson, History of Art" and "Our Times". She has been the New York representative for GEO Magazine, the French edition since 1990.
